Our innovative and engaging approach facilitates the sharing of this information by instigating, supporting and encouraging communication and debate, which promotes wider understanding of complex criminal justice issues across society. By challenging barriers to positive change and influencing future policy, our objective is simple: to make a difference. We have created a criminal justice information exchange service, which has become a centre for excellence, for the significant benefit of all who engage within the criminal justice sector. 
 

What we do!

Conferences
Our conferences provide us with a useful opportunity to bring people together to debate topical justice matters, share good practice and network. Our conferences are very different. They provide us with a chance to explore complex issues together, with a group of like-minded people with wide ranging experience. The conferences are conversational, engaging, friendly and open and as our name ‘NoOffence! suggests, they provide everyone, from all walks of life, from every aspect of justice, to come together as equals, to bring your own vital perspective. Redemption & Justice Awards
We are delighted to be holding our 3rd annual Redemption & Justice Awards in the North West this year, in particular because we will be inviting our finalists and guests to join us at the very beautiful Manchester Cathedral on Friday 9th October. A prestigious venue worthy of very important justice awards, in celebration of our 'Change Makers' - people who have turned their lives around and others who have help to make that change possible. Recognition through nomination for someone who has travelled a difficult journey, often against all the odds, are what our awards are all about, and can be a life changing experience.

Unlock Your Future 
This project will focus on identifying and breaking down the barriers to employment for people with convictions, to bring employers and employees together. A simple key discreetly placed on a job advert will indicate that this employer will consider all applications on their merit and not their past. We need a network of champions to raise awareness of this project and support employers to use the key either on their own website and/or on our jobs board and spread the word to those people looking for a job and also recruit other champions.
