The overall aim of C-SAW is to improve the physical, mental and social health and wellbeing of both individuals and groups in the community through increasing access and opportunities to participate in community life, over coming existing barriers and resulting in an increased sense of community safety and spirit. The objective of C-SAW is to break down social exclusion by using local community infrastructure and assists.

The C-SAW team have proposed a number of activities within the C-SAW project which provides a holistic approach to achieving the goals of the project through the promotion of physical activity, nutritional and dietary advice and safety programmes.  The elements of the project are listed along with this letter.
