Seeking Expressions of Interest for Business Start & Growth Framework

PeoplePlus NI, as a current contractor for business start opportunities through its employment support and training contracts, intends to bid for a number of existing and new opportunities across Northern Ireland. We are interested in potential associates and partners from all areas of Northern Ireland who would be interested in joining our Framework working with us in any capacity as Business Support Professionals.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from individuals, local third sector organisations and SMEs that are able to partner with PeoplePlus NI to support the delivery of Business Start-up and Growth Support by joining our framework.

PeoplePlus NI is looking for Business Support Professionals who can provide business advice and support, particularly Business Start Up Training and Advice. This is to help our clients and customers who wish to move into self-employment and/or to support the businesses we work with who have aspirations or show potential to grow from their current position. PeoplePlus NI would like to develop a framework of individuals, third sector organisations and/or SMEs with current skills, abilities and tools in:

• Business Planning
• Growth Planning
• Business Diagnostics
• Sector Specific Approaches
• Digital and Social Marketing
• Financial Analysis and Management
• Benefit support for Self-employed
• Minimum Income Floor Planning
• Minimum Income Floor Planning
• Export and Globalisation
• Business Training and Presentations

The list above is by no means exhaustive and potential framework partners should consider the wider support agenda for businesses and individuals in their expression of interest submission.
