Provision of flower arranging supplies

                               Terms of Reference: Flower Arranging Materials

Purpose

Is to fulfil weekly order of floral art materials requested within the designated time frame allocated.

Review

It is anticipated this programme will run from July 2017 –to- March 2018.

Confidentiality

Due to the sensitivity surrounding the work carried out within Relatives for Justice, complete confidentiality and a non-judgmental approach should be taken at all times.

Tender requirements

To tender please provide:

• A detailed price list of all flowers on offer
• A detailed price list of all floral art materials on offer for example:  oasis wet brick/wire on reel/floral bowls etc

Evaluation of proposals:

The Contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous proposal applying the following award criteria, not necessarily in this order:

• Pricing of appropriate floral art material
• Delivery time frame.
• Able to deliver throughout the North of Ireland.
• Flexible approach to working hours and days.
