The Prince's Trust - Development Awards

Whats on offer?

Are you struggling to access education, work or training because of a lack of funds? Apply for approx £250 Development Award.

Who can apply?

Young people living in the Belfast City Council area, aged 16-25 and not in education, training or work (or working less than 16 hours a week)

 We also prioritise:

• Those with few qualifications
• Current or ex offenders
• Those in or leaving care
• Those from ethnic minority communities
• Those with disabilities
• Refugees and asylum seekers
• Lone parents.

How does it help?

You could receive:

• Support from a Prince’s Trust staff member or volunteer with your application and planning your next steps
• Grants of approximately £250 to pay for course fees, equipment you might need for your course, tools, books, clothing for an interview and other items
