Factory Community Forum seeks expressions of interest from experienced and suitably qualified artists or design teams in developing a new public artwork. The total budget available for the artwork is up to £40,000 (inclusive of VAT).

The deadline for expressions of interest is Monday 3rd November 2014 at 12.00pm

Late submissions will not be accepted.
