Building Change Trust invites proposals from skilled and experienced firms, consortia or individual(s) for production of one or more of a series of analytical opinion pieces on matters relevant to the future development of the community and voluntary sector (CVS) in Northern Ireland (NI).
The issues on which we are commissioning opinion pieces in 2012 are as follows:
1) An independent community and voluntary sector ?
2) Peace funding and its impact on the resilience of the NI CVS (1995-2012).
3) The need for a new infrastructure for the CVS ?(2015-2019).
Our aim with the production of the series of pieces is to stimulate debate and discussion amongst a range of stakeholders on the role, relevance, challenges and opportunities facing theNorthern Irelandcommunity and voluntary sector in the coming years ultimately with the aim of informing policy and action at a number of levels.
