OMAC is currently located in a Grade A listed building which has limitations in a number of key areas and importantly in relation to accessibility for wheelchair users. For a number of years OMAC has been involved in a process aimed at addressing its own limitations and the long identified gaps in arts provision in Belfast through the creation of a city centre arts centre in Belfast
