The 8 day Mediation Theory & Practice is accredited by the National Open College Network. This course is accredited as a Level 3 course earning 9 credit points. This equates to an NVQ Level 3, and Advanced Diploma or an A Level. The fee is £1200
This course introduces a basic mediation process for use in a two party dispute. It is suitable for community workers, individuals with HR responsibilities, teachers, social workers, development workers, and supervisors, those who interface with the public, line managers in the workplace, clergy and church workers.
Group Mediation Skills Training is also accredited by the National Open College Network. This is a 6 day training accredited at level 3 earning 6 credits.
This course is aimed at those proven experience in mediation and designed to aid the development of skills and strategies for more complex conflict intervention particularly large group situations.
The fee for both training courses is £1,200
