In partnership with NICVA the Equality Commission continues to deliver a programme of employment equality seminars specifically aimed at assisting voluntary sector employers meet their responsibilities under employment equality legislation.

- Thursday March 18th - Managing Absence / Promoting Equality: Seminar for Senior Managers & HR Professionals seeking to benchmark and review their Organisation's current absence management procedures against best practice indicators aimed at promoting equality of opportunity.
- Wednesday April 14th - Bullying & Harassment at Work: Seminar suitable for all employees seeking an understanding of the types of behaviour that lead to complaints of Harassment or Bullying and the responsabilities placed on employers and employees to prevent these occurring.
- Wednesday April 28th - Decisions & Settlements Review: Seminar for Senior Managers & HR Professionals seeking to consider best practice learning arising from Northern Ireland employment tribunal decisions and discrimination settlements.
