NEW Employment Life-cycle Training Series
NICVA and Sector Matters have developed a new series of essential Employment life-cycle seminars to guide you through the 5 critical elements of the employment relationship.
The seminars are aimed at new line managers or Board members with responsibility for managing staff or those with more experience wishing to refresh their knowledge. There are 4 morning seminars and 1 full day in total taking learners from Recruitment to Managing Discipline and Grievance issues and all essential areas in between.
The seminars can be booked as a complete series of 5 or per seminar. 10% Discount is available for those signing up to 3 or more of the sessions.
