Government consultation on a Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland
On 10 December 2008, the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission presented its advice to the Government on the possible content of a Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland. The Government have now published its consultation paper 'A Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland: Next Steps' (available on the Northern Ireland Office website here: http://www.nio.gov.uk/consultation_paper_-_a_bill_of_rights_for_northern... ). We have a number of resources that can help people respond to the consultation.
