Young NCB NI members meet Junior Ministers at Stormont
Participation work at NCB NI includes a project that strengthens the voice of children & young people, and involves getting the voices of Asylum-seeking, Refugee and Migrant (ASRM) children and young people heard within Northern Ireland.
Postcards were developed during a series of workshops between June and November 2009 which aimed to better understand the needs of, and issues faced by, ASRM children and young people. They combine photographs of the young people and handwritten messages to support their peers, inform policy-makers and ask for improvements to the services they receive.
For more information about the project and to request the postcards please contact Gill Crouch on Tel: 02890891730 or email gcrouch@ncb.org.uk
