The NSPCC and SPAR are preparing to don masks for the ultimate night of mystery, intrigue and decadence at the ChildLine Magnificent Masquerade on Friday 11 June at the Culloden Estate.
It is hoped that local businesses will support the exclusive corporate ball to raise vital funds for ChildLine, the NSPCC's free 24 hour helpline for children and young people in danger or distress.
Paddy Doody, Sales and Marketing Director of Henderson Group, the owners of the SPAR franchise in Northern Ireland, said: "This will be the fourth year that SPAR has supported the annual ChildLine summer event, and to date the event has raised over £250,000 for our charity partner. We are extremely proud to be involved with the ChildLine Magnificent Masquerade and would encourage local organisations to echo our support by taking tables at what promises to be a truly memorable evening."
Guests at the masquerade will enjoy a drinks reception and four course banquet followed by an evening of music and entertainment in a lavish setting. Throughout the evening there will be further opportunities to support ChildLine by taking part in a raffle and auction of exclusive prizes hosted by TV's Adrian Logan.
Leona McEvoy, NSPCC corporate fundraising manager, said: "Thanks to the support of SPAR for the fourth year in a row, this year's ChildLine Magnificent Masquerade will be the most sumptuous yet. We hope that we will raise enough money to ensure that the vital ChildLine service will be able to respond to every child who contacts us in need of help.
To reserve a table or for further information contact Leona McEvoy on 028 9035 7970 or email lmcevoy@nspcc.org.uk.
