Consumer Council Air Passenger Rights Survey – Consumer Views Needed!
The Consumer Council is running a survey to find out how aware Northern Ireland consumers are of the rights of passengers with a disability or reduced mobility when travelling by air.
Anyone can take part in the survey which takes less than 5 minutes to complete. You can complete it via the Consumer Council’s website www.consumercouncil.org.uk, by telephone on 0800 121 6022 or request a hard copy (large prints are also available).
