The training department was launched in February 2014, initially delivering both 12 Hour Paediatric First Aid and Pre-approval training for home childcarers.

A participant who completed the 12 Hour Paediatric Course in May said, “I felt the trainer delivered the material really well. She held my interest and interspersed the theory with the practical, which helped break up the learning and make it more manageable.”
