A BBC Radio Ulster Appeal on behalf of Disability Sport NI

Disability Sport NI helps people with a disability to get involved with sport, whether for fun, or on a competitive basis.

Disability Sport NI works with individuals, local groups and sport’s governing bodies – providing support and helping to organise a range of sporting events.

The charity seeks to make sport as accessible as possible. It also assists athletes with disabilities to train, compete and excel in their chosen sport.

Disability Sport NI believes that everyone with a disability should have the opportunity to take part in sport and active recreation – with all of the benefits that this can provide.

To find out more about this charity how you can get involved, telephone  028 9046 9925 or visit the Disability Sport NI website.
