The Patient and Client Council is encouraging people across Northern Ireland to share their experiences of living with a rare disease to inform key decision makers and planners in Health and Social Care.

There are many people living across Northern Ireland with a rare disease or caring for someone with a rare disease.  It is important that these people are listened to so that services can be planned to meet their needs.
