Our Aim

LaganView, as a "not for profit" Company aims to promote the ethos of the Social Economy Sector across the City of Lisburn and has a strong commitment to contributing to the social and economic development in the area.

We aim to do this by offering both commuity and conference facilities to local groups and residents as well as the private and public sectors with catering available upon request.  With a multi purpose hall, a training room and a state of the art IT Suite which can be sued as a secondary training room LaganView can cater for all your needs, big or small.Whether it be a one off training event or a more permanent event please do not hesiiate to speak to the staff at LaganView.

LaganView Enterprise Centre also offers some workspace in the form of units available for lease to local social economy businesses wishing to expand and also any start up ventures. The centre is easily accessible from the Moira Road and benefits from plenty of car parking and a large customer catchment.

Office accommodation offering nearly 70 square metres in total are available for lease. These will run along and look over Drumbeg Drive.

The shop /retail units are of approximately 50 square metres each and are divided by the central entrance to the community hall which also opens up to car parking at the rear.

The workshop units are of approximately 800 square foot each and each have their own enclosed yard with car parking facilities. These are located to the side of the building and are ideally located to oncoming traffic on the the Drumbeg Drive, the main artery running through the estate. LaganView currently has one workshop for lease with attractive terms & conditions.
