Level 2 Certificate in Youth Work Practise, equivalent or 2 years' experience.

Maternity cover - September 2019 to June 2020.
Develop and deliver a faith-based pastoral care project within locally identified schools.
Assist in the development and expansion of the Pinnacle mentoring programme.
Develop positive working relationships with staff and volunteers to meet the aims of MVI.
Build strong relationships with the young people who use the Centre and support them to get involved in developmental programmes.
Develop initiatives with young people, sometimes in partnership with other local delivery agents, which will improve the capacity of young people and their personal and social horizons
Assist the youth work co-ordinator in liaising with funding bodies.
Assist in maintaining effective working relationships with local schools, churches and other key delivery partners.
Effectively record (group) work sessions.
Maintain time sheets and a record of authorised expenses.
Complete reports for line manager/directors of MVI, monthly and for funders as required.
