Paperjam Design is a highly creative team founded by designer Paul Malone in 2003. The team have been working hard in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter for over ten years, delivering strong creative execution across all design disciplines.

The successful candidate will be working on a wide range of projects including branding, advertising campaigns, marketing and digital campaigns for Paperjam’s high calibre of clients.

Paperjam are seeking a good middleweight designer with the following personal attributes;

Ability to generate new ideas quickly and easily

 An ability to take ownership of your work, delivering it to a high standard of quality.

 Good interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with clients.

Ability towork under pressure, manage workloads and meet deadlines.

A dedicated person with a wide skill set and an enthusiasm for design  

An energetic person who works well individually and as part of a team.

A strong understanding of the best practices and new industry innovations/trends.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills & experience;

Proficiency in Adobe In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat

At least 2 years studio experience working on live projects

Strong typography skills

Experience of Brand Development

Print Experience

Experience presenting work & liaising with clients
