Welfare Advice Officer

With experience of working with vulnerable groups including those socially isolated and financially excluded, the post holder will assit tenants with their uptake of welfare benefits.  He/she will undertake an advocacy role, advise on debt management and build relationships with external agencies.  Working as part of the housing management team the post holder will support tenants in improving their digital capability.

This full-time, permanent position benefits from a generous annual leave entitlement, NILGOSC pension scheme, BUPA health care and a salary starting at £24,364.
