The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrable relevant experience in a similar role working directly with, and supporting, volunteering, including developing and managing a volunteer programme
- Demonstrable relevant experience in a similar role working directly with, and supporting, volunteering, including monitoring and identifying volunteering trends and responding to these to meet and support business needs.
- Working knowledge of volunteering principles & practice e.g. growth strategy, retention, motivation and develop
- Full driving licence.
