Volunteer & Associate Development Worker

The post holder will work with key staff and volunteers in a variety of settings, and will act in an advisory capacity to staff, providing ‘hands on’ support for volunteering including recruitment, selection and retention.  The post-holder will additionally be required to work with colleagues internally to contribute to monitoring requirements, evaluating existing and developing new and innovative services as well as liaising with external agencies to promote Positive Life and its volunteer opportunities with the aim of achieving the IiV award.
