The Belfast Advice Group is a steering group representing the five consortia of advice organisations currently funded by Belfast City Council. LIA have been appointed as the lead partner to facilitate the delivery of the service.
The Tribunal Representative will work as part of a small team providing representation for clients at hearings of the Appeals service. The Representative will be responsible for evaluating cases referred by generalist advice services, deciding on an appropriate course of action for the client, and providing representation for those clients whose cases are progressed to a full hearing.
