Santé Health, a social enterprise and a subsidiary of the Ashton Community Trust, is seeking to increase their register of Associate Trainers for the delivery of a range of training to clients across Northern Ireland.
The range of courses that Santé Health requires suitably qualified trainers to deliver is as follows:
- Emergency First Aid at Work
- Paediatric First Aid
- Child Protection and Safeguarding
- Manual Handling
Qualifications/Experience
Essential
- An accredited Teaching/Training qualification (Level 3 minimum) e.g. PTLLS or Level 3 Education and Training
- Relevant subject Qualifications/experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a training capacity in a variety of industries and sectors
- Computer literate to include extensive use of internet, email, word processing, and PowerPoint
- Experience delivering training workshops in at least one of the above areas
- Proven experience of design and development of a training programme
- Own transport and able to travel to various locations in Northern Ireland
Specific to First Aid training
- Trainers must have their own manikins – 1 adult / 3 babies / 3 juniors
- Trainers must have a First Aid Kit for demonstrations
Contract terms
- Training Associates will be self-employed
