Part time 21 hrs (Working Pattern: Mon, Tues and Thurs 0900 – 1700)
£16,000 - £18,000 FTE

Are you an effective administrator with first-rate customer service skills? Keen to apply those skills in a role that ensures we can deliver the best possible support for everyone affected by cancer?
Committed and enthusiastic, your proven organisational skills will be pivotal to your delivery of a flexible, high quality admin service in a busy, varied and customer-facing role based in Belfast.  As a member of the admin team you will support the smooth and efficient operation of the Office for Northern Ireland’s day to day business, from reception services to office facilities and the daily routine of filing, typing, handling enquiries, and managing records. You will also assist in the administration of courses and events across Northern Ireland, manage diaries and organise meetings, travel and accommodation.
With a track record in meeting the diverse support needs of multifunctional teams and of organising meetings and  events, it is vital that you are flexible, adaptable, and effective in managing your workload to meet fixed and emerging deadlines. Your application must also evidence good MS Office skills, experience of working with databases and systems, and organising meetings / events.
