Working as part of an admin team, this role of Team Administrator provides essential admin support to the multifunctional Service Development Team in Macmillan Cancer Support's Northern Ireland office, based in Belfast.

Part-time – 25 hours per week (inc full days Thurs / Fri)

Can you provide the highly-effective administration support that underpins the efficient operation of the Northern Ireland Service Development team? If so, you have a key role to play in helping the team bring about real changes for people living with cancer.

The first point of contact for enquiries within the team, you’ll undertake a range of duties, including arranging conferences, meetings and workshops, preparing delegate packs and training materials, manage travel arrangements, invoice processing and maintenance of logs and databases, liaising with departments across Macmillan and generally ensuring everyone and everything is kept up to date.

The work is important and your duties varied and we need you to be immediately effective within the role, so proven organisation and office administration skills within a team are a must along with experience in the use of MS Office software.
