Support Worker (Supported Living)

Location:     Springfield Court, Belfast

Salary:         £7.72 per hour (under 25’s)

                     £8.09 per hour (over 25’s)

Hours:         Occasional hours, as and when required by service

The successful candidate will be required to visit people who use our services in their own homes providing personal care and undertaking practical care tasks to help people who use our service maximise their independence accessing local facilities and opportunities – including recreational, educational, social and leisure. 

You will work in partnership with people who use our services encouraging choice, participation and motivation, adhering at all times to the values of the organisation.

You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns and flexible hours when required, and to travel to fulfil the objectives of the job and may be required to attend relevant meetings and training which may be held at different locations. You will work discreetly and maintain confidentiality.

You will be willingness to obtain NVQ Level 2 in care and to undertake required training.
