Support Worker Southern Trust - Part Time

To work in partnership with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in providing housing related support to enable Service Users to live independently in the Community.

Homecare Floating Support is a free short term support service to people who are having difficulties managing their homes and staying independently in the community.  This service is offered to over 25’s and families throughout the Southern Area. 

The Purpose of the service is to enable continuation of independent living within the home in the community for individuals who may be experience housing difficulties by providing floating support in the community individually as well as being part of a high quality Support Team.

We work closely with our stakeholders, NIHE, and other external agencies daily to ensure highest outcomes are achieved at all times.
