Job Description

Are you a good communicator? Understanding of other’s needs? Are you the type of person that thrives when helping others to achieve something new or to build their independence? The tenants in our new Omagh services are looking for a team of support workers who will support them with these support needs as well as accessing their community and maintaining relationships with their family and friends.

You will be working as part of a team based at the service to support the tenants to look after themselves and their home, the level of support provided will vary depending on each individual’s needs.

Experience within the care sector is an advantage but not essential as we will give you all the training needed to be able to start your new and rewarding career. Your shifts will cover mornings, evenings, and sleep-ins/waking nights including bank holidays as part of a rota. 

Payment for sleep ins is competitive and compliant with National Living Wage requirements.

These roles require you to be motivated, have excellent communication skills as well as proven experience of working effectively within a team.
