SUPPORT WORKER – HSS16/15B (Fixed-term until Dec 2017)

Housing First – Nelson Street, Belfast

35 Hours per week

£16,230 per annum

The Housing First Service primarily aims to permanently house individuals with chronic addictions and provides comprehensive intensive support to enable these individuals to sustain their own tenancies within the community through a case management approach.

Applicants should have one years’ recent paid full-time experience of working with people who have complex needs:(alcohol, drugs, mental health issues etc,) ideally in an outreach or tenancy sustainment capacity and hold a Certificate/Diploma in Community, Health or Social Science based subject, or equivalent.
