Support Worker

About the role

To make sure we are best placed to grow our services and to reach more people who need our support we have a number of permanent opportunities for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of Support Workers. Working in our residential unit, education centre or within our community based services your patient support and encouragement will assist individuals who have varying degrees of independence. You will assist the development of life skills, help with personal care and enable access to social activities including Gateway and wheelchair ice-skating to name but a few.

We also have casual (bank) opportunities in this area attracting an hourly rate of £7.50. Our casual arrangements are very flexible and can fit around your life. We are looking for people with a wide range of availability and have various shifts available.

We also offer generous annual leave, starting at 35 days leave per year (pro rata).
