SPRINGBOARD IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR SUPPORT WORKERS (2 POSTS)
Established since 1992, Springboard develops and delivers programmes involving good relations, citizenship and personal development. We are currently recruiting for two Support Worker posts
Salary £20661
Full time (37.5 hours per week)
Support Workers are responsible for providing programme, logistical and participant support across a range of programmes.
Key criteria for the successful candidates includes:
- Level 2 qualification in a relevant field eg peer mentoring, youth work
- GCSE Maths and English or Level Two Literacy and Numeracy
- A minimum one years experience of supporting empowerment programmes
- Experience of providing administrative support
- Experience of providing organisation and logistical programme support.
Both posts will be based at our North Street offices in Belfast
