Social Worker - Multidisciplinary Homeless Support Team (SC693/04/17)

Extern works with children, adults and communities affected by social exclusion, through programmes, delivered locally and directly to clients. All our clients are referred by the Northern Ireland Health Trusts, Social Services and the Probation Service (NI).

Extern are currently seeking to recruit for the following position:

Social Worker SC963/04/17

Multidisciplinary Homeless Suppport Team

Salary: Grade 5, £21,618 per annum

Location: 9-12 Brunswick Street, Belfast

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Status: Continuous subject to funding

In addition, EXTERN can offer the following benefits:

• 26 days annual leave pro rata per annum, increasing to 28 days after 3 years’ service and to 32 days after 5 years’ service
• 11 statutory holidays pro rata per annum
• Pension with 6.5% employer contribution
