The Service works with children, young people and their families who are experiencing challenges in their lives, in conjunction with relevant professionals. We work in partnership with a wide range of voluntary, statutory an community based organisations.
You will be responsible for the delivery of direct services to children and families. Your role will include completing Assessments and Service Plans based on outcome focused targets. Working as part of an established Early Intervention Service, you will deliver a range of individual and groupwork interventions to vulnerable children and their families.
Essential Requirements
Professional Qualification in Social Work
Registered with NISCC
Competent in the use of IT packages including MS Windows & Office along with e-mail & internet
Ability to work flexibly including evening and weekend work
Ability to drive, access to a car and willingness to procure business class insurance
