Shop Manager - Lisburn [Ref. no SML/17]

Contract:     Permanent      

Hours:         40 hours per week

Location:     Lisburn  

The purpose of this role is to manage and develop the shop team; to deliver the agreed shop budget; to maximise the shops contribution to Oxfam primarily to raise funds and secondarily to promote Oxfam’s values.

The successful candidate will have:

• Retail management to include budget and sales analysis, product knowledge and trend awareness, and merchandising

• Experience of managing staff

• Experience of ‘Making Teams Work’
