To manage and develop the shop team; to deliver the agreed shop budget to maximise the shops contribution to Oxfam primarily to raise funds and secondarily to promote Oxfam’s values.
Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2016 with the possibility of becoming permanent
Hours: 36 per week
Location: Ann Street, Belfast
The successful candidate will have:
- Retail management to include: budget and sales analysis/ product knowledge and trend awareness/ merchandising
- Staff Management
- Making Teams Work
