Service Manager – Northern Ireland – temporary for 1 year

£34,411 per year

The Service Manager will be required to manage and hold registration for a specified Supported Living Service in the Belfast area.

The Service Manager will be required to provide leadership, management & clear direction for the service and its staff team. You will also be responsible and accountable for the management of the service in accordance with Leonard Cheshire Disability’s vision, mission and all policies and procedures. The service manager will directly manage resources to ensure exemplary customer service to the people who use our service whilst ensuring budgetary compliance.

It is essential that applicants are able to demonstrate eligibility to hold registration for the service in line with RQIA requirements (please see job description). Access to own transport is essential and applicants must be able and willing to travel to travel/stay away overnight (if required).
