The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member:
ESF Service Manager REF: 17/191/SM/WEB
Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for the operational management and quality assurance of the ESF Service to ensure contract compliance.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust Area
Office Base: 1a Upper Lisburn Road, Balmoral, BT10 OGW
Salary: 6 point incremental scale, starting on £27,668 per annum pro rata
Essential Criteria:
- QCF Level 6 Qualification (Degree or equivalent)
AND
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management of services for individuals with disability or other vulnerable groups Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the Northern Ireland ESF Programme 2014-2020
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in IT skills for the post (Microsoft Office)
- Leadership and management skills
- Hold a full current driving license valid for use in the UK and Ireland and have access to a car on appointment.
This criterion will be waived in the case of a suitable applicant who has a disability which prohibits them from driving but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements in order to meet the requirements of the post in full.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience of Disability and/or Brain Injury
- Working knowledge of models of vocational rehabilitation or supported employment
- Local knowledge of the key partners & referral agents
