Bryson Care Western Services require a;

Service Manager

(REF: W/SM/D/172)

 

 Field based primarily in the Limavady area

Permanent

35 hours per week to include days, evenings and weekends

Salary: £20,402 (pro rata) + on call allowance

 

 Job Purpose:

 

To assist with the effective management and the delivery of the Bryson Care Domiciliary Care service in accordance with agreed aims and objectives, best practice principles and statutory and regulatory requirements.

 

Essential Criteria:

 

  • Minimum of 3 years paid experience of supporting older people in a domiciliary/ social care setting.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience of managing/ supervising staff.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High Levels of ICT skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Full driving licence and access to a car.
  • Ability to provide on- call support to Care workers outside of office hours.

 

Desirable Criteria:

 

  • QCF level 2/3 in Health and Social Care.
