Senior Outreach Worker

To lead and line manage members of Colin Surestart Outreach team and support both family and programme delivery.  The post-holder will primarily focus on the co-ordination and delivery of the Outreach service but will also take on responsibility for delivery of Surestart programmes as and when required. The post holder will lead the team in actively promoting Colin Sure Start services ensuring that all parents and carers in the area have access to the support they require to develop better outcomes for children.  The post holder will work in partnership with the second Senior Outreach Worker to ensure delivery of a seamless service to meet the needs of Colin Surestart.  Good teamwork and communication will be essential and the post holder will be responsible for the line management of the wider team in the absence of the second Senior Outreach Worker.
