Senior Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill a new and exciting Senior Operations Manager opportunity within Crossroads.

The successful applicant will have full responsibility for the operations office and the 12 staff located there as well as over all accountability for around 300 care staff This will be a challenging and complex role based between our operational office on the Upper Newtownards Road and our Head Office in Newtownards town centre.

In order to fulfil the needs of this role we would ask that candidates have relevant experience in a business setting where customer satisfaction was a top priority. A positive, can-do attitude and experience of staff retention and business growth will also be essential in order to be successful in this role.

The salary for this role will be £30,000 per annum.
