The successful candidate should possess relevant regulatory knowledge and have experience of tenancy management, allocations and arrears control. He or she should be comfortable managing cases of anti-social behaviour and have had some involvement in producing, implementing and monitoring policies and procedures. With excellent IT skills [SDM desirable] and a sound communicator, who preferably holds a Degree in Housing Studies, you will also be committed to improving work processes and systems to enhance service delivery and performance.
