Scheme Coordinator (Clochain Fold)

Based at: Clochain Fold, Maphoner Road, Mullaghbawn, BT35 9EX

Position Reference: SV.HS.24

Hours: 12 hours per week

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of one year's experience working with older people or other relevant client groups.
• Understanding and awareness of the needs of the older people and service provision.
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with tenants and other professional agencies.
• Awareness of safeguarding vulnerable adults.
