You will be working in Supported Living and Community support services which will be supporting individuals build their independent living skills such as maintaining their tenancy, building and maintaining positive relationships, accessing their community and with personal care. 

We are looking for people who are trustworthy and caring, inclusive and enthusiastic about putting people with a learning disability at the heart of everything they do, positive and are not afraid to challenge the wrong ways of thinking about learning disability. Experience within the care sector is an advantage but not essential as we will give you all the training needed to be able to start your new and rewarding career. Your shifts will cover mornings, evenings, sleep-ins, and waking nights including bank holidays. 

These roles require you to be self-motivated, have excellent time management and communication skills as well as proven experience of working effectively within a team.

An enhanced disclosure check and registration with NISCC will be required if successful.
