Transforming lives and developing new visions for mental health through effective and efficient quality management of services. The Registered Manager will be responsible for
- Ensuring the services provided support the 3-Step Model of Day Care and are innovative and flexible to meet the needs of their client group.
- Value is placed on the whole person and a strengths based approach is used which promotes the maximum level of independence, choice and control.
- Day to day running of the services in relation to maintaining quality standards administration, service related financial management, liaison with Statutory Agencies and regulatory bodies.
- To encourage and support SUPER (Service User Participation and Engagement) in all aspects of the Services
- Line management of the staff team.
- The post holder also holds the Registered Manager role for the Regulation, Quality and improvement Authority (RQIA).
