We have an exciting opportunity to contribute to anti-bullying work in Northern Ireland.

Fixed term contract to March 2018

By co-ordinating the NI Anti-Bullying Forum (NIABF) you will be working with 25 regional statutory and voluntary sector organisations all acting together to end bullying of children and young people in our schools and in our communities. This interagency group is hosted by National Children's Bureau (NCB) and funded by the Department of Education.

You will develop the profile, role and activities of NIABF, work closely with external partners and networks, lead on Anti Bullying Week and ensure the participation of children and young people.

It is essential that you have a thorough understanding of current approaches to tackling bullying, and extensive experience of working on behalf of children.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and networking skills are also key in order to build and maintain partnerships and engage local communities.
