We are seeking to recruit an experienced individual for the position of Receptionist/Administrator based at our Head Office. This position is offered on a temporary 5 month fixed term basis with the possibility of a further extension.

You will assist in the provision of administrative and receptionist services within the Association’s Head Office. You will work as a member of a small team and ensure that a quality service is provided to all our customers and colleagues. Experience in an office environment and working as part of a team are essential. In addition, the successful candidate should have:
Essential:
A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English and Maths;
Minimum of 6 months previous experience in the provision of quality administrative support and customer service;
Competent use of Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Demonstrate sound interpersonal and communication skills (including report writing)
Desirable:
Experience of using Microsoft Application - Sharepoint
Knowledge of Wordpress software to maintain and update website content
ECDL: European Computer Driving Licence
OCR/RSA Stage 11 Word Processing or equivalent
NVQ in business and/or administration
