Receptionist
(Ref: B/R/B/1802)
Permanent
16 hours per week
(Monday 1pm-5pm, Wednesday 1pm – 5pm, Thursday 1pm-5pm, Friday 9am- 1pm)
£8.05 per hour
Bryson House Belfast – Head Office
Essential Criteria
- GCSE English Language and Maths Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Operating a digital telephone switchboard
- Use of franking and fax machines
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, within a working environment, to include; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills to include, written, oral and numeracy skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
Desirable Criteria
- At least 1 years’ experience operating within a Customer Service environment
- Working directly with the public
